I am trained with the Co-Active Training Institute and my coaching is grounded in the Co-Active model. Co-Active Coaching helps people stretch their sightlines, get out of comfort zones, and grow in every aspect of their life. Coaching will be more than just talking, Co-active means living a world of being and doing.
Depending on your ambition and goals, I offer an initial executive coach package of eight sessions across an agreed timeline.
Before working together, we will meet for a complimentary chemistry session which will allow us to get to know each other. During this session, we will do some coaching to make sure that we vibe, which is important in this relationship
